Kordina Design Solutions (KDS) is a Building Design Practice based in Bristol and serving the South West. It was formed in 2011 to offer Clients an informative and bespoke service in all aspects of Planning, Building Regulations and other forms of spatial design requirements.
With over 20 years of experience within the Structural Engineering industry working with Architects and Contractors, KDS offers a service that combines both Aesthetic designs with the sound knowledge that all projects are both affordable and buildable from the outset.
Priding ourselves on providing a professional and personal service at competitive rates and specialising in custom designs with the end goal being to enhance the way people interact with the spaces they spend the most time in. Final designs will imbue beauty, flexibility, and purpose and always maintaining the Client’s vision at every step of the process to bring their ideas to life.

A dated and dilapidated property, in a sought after and vibrant area of south Bristol. This 3 storey property was in need of updating both internally and externally, with complete demolition of existing rear 2 storey extension to accommodate new part single storey, part 2 storey rear extension and realigning of many internal walls. Contractor led from inception to completion with tight lead in time and quick turn over of project.

Lindsey Close, Portishead, BS20 8RR
A lovely 3 bedroom house within a relatively new estate in Portishead. My Client required an additional bedroom and a shower/WC room for their expanding family needs, all whilst retaining parking availability. All the building materials and details where to match the existing property as a minimum requirement. The new first floor has been designated to be used as the additional bedroom and the ground floor is to be divided up to form the Shower/WC Room and the remainder will be used as a utility/spare room with french doors leading out to the garden area. KDS has provided Planning and Building Regulations services for this project.
